​One of the projects I have spent the most time on is a custom backpack which I have been working on in my spare time for the last few years. It is constantly changing and being used to try out new ideas, some work, some don’t and are replaced with newer concepts.

The design revolves around the idea of a central vertical taped zip that runs the length of the pack. This provides almost instantaneous access to any item wherever it may be in the bag.

This Eliminates the need to pack based on what item you need first instead of being able to pack with weight closest to your back and by what fits best where.

The bag is constructed out of lightweight polyester with a PU coating. Reinforced sections around zips and seams along with a thick PVC base plate to prevent rocks ripping the base.
